If you are having issues with your system try some of our recommendations below.
If you are experience issues with connecting to your mobile internet provider, start with unplugging both the router and modem for at least 30 seconds. Plug them both back in and wait for them to boot up. If you are still having issues connecting try unplugging them for 5 minutes.
Ensure the outlet that your router and modem are plugged into has the correct power. We recommend using a power strip with LED indicators to make it easy to verify the power is turned on. You can pick one up on Amazon here!
Check the back of the router to see if there is a flashing LED light. (Note: not all routers have this light). Also check the outdoor unit to make sure the LED is on when the cord is connected. If the outdoor unit does not have power, it could be a bad POE injector.
If you are ever unsure what to do next and you have tried the above options, please feel free to text Chris for assistance. Issues with service may be related to data caps or overages.
